Agent failures are usually build problems wearing a prompt costume: a missing tool, unbounded context, or no verification step. Scoping tells you which one you have — and if a prompt edit really is the whole fix, we say so and it's a Fix S.
Which models and frameworks do you work with?
Whatever yours already runs on. We fix agents where they live — inside n8n or Make, in a framework, or in your own code — rather than rebuilding them somewhere we prefer.
What if it turns out bigger than a Fix S?
We tell you before we start work, not after. If scoping shows it needs Fix M or L, you get a new fixed price to approve first. The price never moves in the middle of a job.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't deliver what we scoped, you don't pay the remaining balance. That's the acceptance-checklist guarantee — we agree what 'fixed' means before starting, in writing.
How much access do you need to the agent and its tools?
Enough to see and change the thing in question, plus any credentials it depends on — nothing broader. If your policy needs a scoped account or a supervised session, say so and we work that way.
