Do you build new websites?
No. We fix sites that exist and are misbehaving. If what you actually need is a new site, we'll say so and stay out of the way — building brochure sites isn't what this is.
My site is down right now. How fast is this?
A Fix S is 2 business days from the moment scope is agreed. Scoping itself is free and usually same-day — for a site that is fully down, that first look tells you whether it is a Fix S or something larger before you pay anything.
What if it turns out bigger than a Fix S?
We tell you before we start work, not after. If scoping shows it needs Fix M or L, you get a new fixed price to approve first. The price never moves in the middle of a job.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't deliver what we scoped, you don't pay the remaining balance. That's the acceptance-checklist guarantee — we agree what 'fixed' means before starting, in writing.
How much access do you need to the site and its hosting?
Enough to see and change the thing in question, plus any credentials it depends on — nothing broader. If your policy needs a scoped account or a supervised session, say so and we work that way.
