Do you work on self-hosted n8n?
Yes — most n8n work is on self-hosted instances. We need access to the editor and, if the problem is environmental, to the host.
What if it turns out bigger than a Fix S?
We tell you before we start work, not after. If scoping shows it needs Fix M or L, you get a new fixed price to approve first. The price never moves in the middle of a job.
What if you can't fix it?
If we can't deliver what we scoped, you don't pay the remaining balance. That's the acceptance-checklist guarantee — we agree what 'fixed' means before starting, in writing.
How much access do you need to our n8n instance?
Enough to see and change the thing in question, plus any credentials it depends on — nothing broader. If your policy needs a scoped account or a supervised session, say so and we work that way.
